I founded Case Restaurant Consulting after more than 33 years in the restaurant industry, including more than 10 years as a General Manager.
Throughout my career, I have supported nearly 50 new restaurant openings, trained or directly supported more than 1,000 restaurant employees, coached nearly 100 leaders, and developed more than 100 training and operational resources.
My experience includes front-of-house, back-of-house, bar operations, leadership development, training systems, brand standards, guest experience, food safety, and new restaurant opening readiness.
I understand the realities restaurant owners and leaders face because I have worked inside those realities for decades.
