Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about our services, process, pricing, and what to expect when working with Case Restaurant Consulting.
What types of restaurants do you work with?
Case Restaurant Consulting works primarily with independent restaurants and growing restaurant groups that need stronger leadership, clearer training systems, better operating standards, or support preparing for growth.
What services do you offer?
Services include leadership and training assessments, manager development, training-system and SOP development, operational-consistency support, and new restaurant opening readiness.
Can you create training materials from scratch?
Yes. Training projects may include new-hire orientation, role-specific guides, SOPs, trainer tools, checklists, knowledge checks, sign-offs, and progress-tracking resources.
Do you work with single-location restaurants?
Yes. Services can be customized for one independent restaurant or a growing multi-location group.
Do you provide on-site support?
Yes. Depending on the project, support may include on-site observations, leadership coaching, training facilitation, opening support, or operational assessments. Travel expenses are quoted separately.
How long does a consulting project take?
Timelines vary by scope. Assessments may take two to three weeks, while manager-development and training-system projects may run from six to twelve weeks or longer.
How much do your services cost?
Pricing depends on the number of locations, leaders, roles, deliverables, meetings, and on-site support required. Most services are offered as fixed-fee projects, programs, or customized proposals.
What happens after I submit an inquiry?
The first step is a brief introductory conversation to understand your restaurant, the challenges you are facing, and the outcome you want. After that, you will receive a recommended next step or customized proposal.
Will you use our existing systems and materials?
Yes. Existing materials are reviewed first so useful work can be preserved, improved, and organized rather than unnecessarily replaced.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. Ongoing advisory support, leadership coaching, follow-up implementation, and monthly consulting retainers may be available based on the restaurant’s needs.
